Dr. Michael Harris

Dr. Michael Harris believes that dentistry is both an art and a science. You will appreciate the time he takes to get to know you personally and earn your trust, then offer expert guidance as you plan your journey to dental health. Dr. Harris has been given state-wide recognition as a Texas Monthly magazine “Super Dentist” every year since 2007. He specializes in cosmetic, restorative and implant dentistry using the latest in dental materials and techniques.

Dr. Harris has served as assistant professor of operative dentistry at the University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston, TX and director of the UT General Practice Residency in 2013-14. Key components of his advanced education include: Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Study, Pankey Institute, Spear Institute, and University of Florida Center Implant for Dentistry.

After 30 years of private practice in a nearby city, Dr. Harris joined Killeen Dental Group as owner/dentist in 2015. He is a graduate of Baylor College of Dentistry and the General Practice Residency at Olin E. Teague Veterans Center in Temple, TX.

Dr. Harris and his wife Carol live in Killeen and enjoy leading small groups in Bible study through the ministries of Christ Community Church in Harker Heights.
