During your initial appointment our office will provide a customized detailed treatment plan in order to give an estimate of the patient portion due at the time of service.
This plan provides you with any codes that you may need in the event that you would like to contact your insurance company regarding your coverage on any procedure.
As a service to our patients, Killeen Dental Group is “in-network” with most insurance plans. Prior to your appointment, we will verify your insurance and get a detailed benefit summary. Insurance contracts vary between employers. Your benefits will be based on the specific contract your employer has negotiated with the insurance company. Due to certain clauses with your insurance, some services may not be covered. Please keep in mind that insurance plans are a contract between the patient and their insurance company. See below for a list of insurance plans we currently accept as in-network providers.
Even if we are not in-network with your dental insurance, you can still choose our office, and we would love to be your dental health provider! We appreciate the trust our patients place in us, and we put your best interests first. Our insurance specialists will file your insurance claims and assist you in maximizing your benefits. WE ASK THAT YOU REMAIN INVOLVED IN THE STATUS OF YOUR ACCOUNT. By staying involved, any additional information requested by insurance can be handled in a timely manner. It is also good to keep in mind that you are responsible for the total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated.

You are responsible for the payment of all professional fees regardless of the extent of coverage.
